As you can tell by the post header I am frazzled. Fried and frazzled. Why? Beyond the usual Blogger glitches and Kindle tablet troubles, I don't know. I have no reason. I am off work until February, but for some reason my blogging has taken a tumble and is lying in a dishevelled mess on the ground. I am behind in EVERYTHING! I even have post comments from two weeks ago that I haven't replied to and this never happens. All of my posts are being published at the last possible second, and in need of proof reading after the fact. I am still only getting to people's blogs every one or two weeks and then multi-post comment vomiting on them. If you haven't seen me around on your blog for awhile, don't worry, I will get there, but be prepared for a commenting avalanche. Hehe. I need a feature schedule and a blog visiting plan. Also, to the bloggers and authors I asked to interview for Saturday Evening Conversations, I will be getting back on track with that soon!

I am doing an inventory of all of my owned unread books, both physical and in my Kindle Library. I was inspired by Annemieke from A DANCE WITH BOOKS. I had all 60+ physical books sitting on my kitchen table for almost three days waiting for sunlight to take a photo. I finally gave up and took it without any natural light. Of course we got sunshine the next day. Ha!

You can see the ugly 1970s vinyl wallpaper my landlord won't let us change, even at our own expense! Ugh. It has been the bane of my existence for the last twelve years. Ha ha. I will be doing a full blog post about the inventory project and will have photos of some of the books in smaller groups (taken in better light). One group will be books publishers have sent that I have never heard of before and am wondering if any of you have read. Another group is MG titles I need to read and review so I can send them to my old high school buddy for her fifth grade classroom library.

The infamous christmas gift gone awry finally arrived! I ordered the t-shirt on the 5th of December and it arrived on the 6th of January. I complained and was refunded my shipping fee.

I did as instructed and cropped out my son's head. Even as a hippie child he thought he needed a shave. Ha ha. He also needs a haircut. I love his long hair, but it has gotten straggly and needs a trim. ✂
