I just finished this YA Fantasty Western which published a couple of days ago. I liked it much more than I thought I was going to as I don't care for anything cowboy, but this book was about Native Americans, townfolk, and magcal beings. I got a totally different meaning from the virginity thing another blogger had me worried about, so all in all it was a good book and I rated it three stars. I would definitely read future books from this debut author. You can read my Goodreads review:

I am solidly liking this book. It is a smooth read and the premise is fresh, but many of the reviews I read said it tanks in the backhalf. I am only about 37% in, so we shall see. It s a Netgalley ARC.

This is a Middle Grade about a rescued fox. I love foxes, but I just saw it takes place during one of the World Wars and I usually don't care for this time period. Anyway, it has gotten great reviews and I ended up liking that Western setting, so I will probably end up at least liking this one, too, and hopefully loving it. This one is an Edelweiss ARC.
