WHAT'S BAZ READING

TELL ME TUESDAY is a floating feature, depending on your reading style, where you tell us what you read last, what you are reading now, what you will be reading next from your tbr pile, and why. I am curious why people read what they read, so tell me!

I'm still reading this from my October witch themed books. I love A.G, but my gawd this book is never-ending. The good parts are stellar and the story is wonderful, but the flowery prose are like an overgrown garden in quite a few places, and then the story will flashback and a scene will get overly described a second time with heavy laden strings of adjectives. It's extremely longer than it needs to be. The audiobook is over 20 hours long. I want to push through and get it finished so I can start my SciFi Month reading. Ugh.

I was going to start THE THREE-BODY PROBLEM, but Baz decided to read this and wanted to discuss it with me, so...

GOODREADS
The manager of the arcade where two of his friends are assistant managers is an avid reader, and he is always talking about books with Baz, so he gave him three SciFi books to read this month. The other two are 1984 and a non-Dune Frank Herbert title.

And for something fun check out the arcade. It's the largest one in New York State.

A father and son filmed their ROBOT CITY walk through and it's pretty funny.

It's that time of year again and every year I have read less of the books listed, and of the ones I did read I didn't like most of them. I keep thinking the hype and commercialism the publishing industry has spawned, in the last few years, will start to wane, but every year the Goodreads awards proves me wrong. Ha ha. These are the books I did read and loved...

This was my write-in vote for Middle Grade titles.

There are some stellar contests up on the Facebook giveaway page right now. Some are multiple book prizes. Most from major publishers!

What are you reading? Tell Me!
