2015/16 COYER CHALLENGE

Have you been a little over eager with your mouse when browsing Kindle Freebies? Maybe those books on Netgalley were just too hard to resist? Are your free reads sitting on your E-reader, neglected, just waiting for when you have time to get to them? Well now is the time with the “Clean Out Your E-reads Challenge”.
That’s right we are Going Back to Basics this winter! For three months we are going old school. If you have been with us since the beginning you already know the rules – the only thing we added is Audiobooks.

I am going to be combining this challenge with the Rock My TBR Challenge. I learned this challenge mixing trick from my pal Pili from IN LOVE WITH HANDMADE. In fact, I found out about this particular challenge on Pili's blog.
Pili and I are going to try and do a couple of buddy reads for this challenge and one of them, VICIOUS, fits the COYER rules because it is on my e-reader and it was only $1.99.

All of my audiobooks have been under $5.00, so they all qualify for the COYER Challenge. I would like to listen to one a month. I recieved REBECCA free from Downpour's summer reading program and that is one I would like to listen to.

I would also like to listen to one of the 99¢ added narrations that I got with some of my free Kindle Classics finds. I purchased a few Charles Dickens stories, so maybe a "re-read" of my favorite GREAT EXPECTATIONS.

Two popular books I didn't get to from this year were MORE HAPPY THAN NOT and SIMON VS. THE HOMO SAPIENS AGENDA. I definitely want to get those read. They were both on sale for $1.99, well MHTN was actually free because I was dead broke when it was on sale and the author of INKED bought it for me.

When INKED went on sale for $1.99, I grabbed it, so to repay Eric I should probably read and review his book for COYER, too!
I just saw it is still $1.99.

I would also like to get KINCH from Netgalley read.

It wasn't an ARC to begin with, so it was a low priority for me. It has been on my Kindle for a while now and think it is time to get it reviewed.

A free book that has been on my Kindle forever is NIGHT OF THE PURPLE MOON; in fact I have the entire TOUCAN TRILOGY now. The bundle was 99¢ at one time, and I snapped it up.

That is eight books, two a month, so these I will definitely get read for COYER, and we shall see how many more!
Are you thinking about joining any challenges yet?
