This was my first Dog Days of Summer themed read. As with all the other books I've read from this author it greatly pales in comparison to Have You Seen Luis Velez? Every time I read one of her other books I hope for the same reading experience, but I'm always disappointed.

This is the Turtle Recall Discworld reading challenge August/September Goodreads group read, and a re-read for me. I love and adore this story. And look at this new Penguin Australia gift edition hardcover! I have already ordered one. Ha ha. Here are the other Tiffany Aching story arc books in this edition...

My free two month Kindle Unlimited subscription is about to expire, so I wanted to get this book read. I saw a tour review for it Liis had written on her blog Cover to Cover, and I was intrigued. I am really enjoying it right now. I'm considering it a bit of an ecofiction, even though I haven't seen anyone else mention it.

I saw this on Instagram, and asked the poster if there is a dog in it because the summary gives no clue, but she never answered. Several editions have a dog on the cover, so it still qualifies as a Dog Days of Summer book, anyway.
There's a new give away for a stack of Horror novels and don't forget the DOG DAYS OF SUMMER GIVEAWAY!
