TELL ME TUESDAY is a feature that oozed from a post Twitter Party fried-brains stupor I suffered a while ago. It is a weekly, or bi-weekly feature (depending on your reading style), where you tell us what you are reading now, and why, and what you will be reading in the future from your tbr pile, and why. I am oh so curious why people read what they read. So tell me!

Go have a peek at their newest book grabs and tell them yours.

Starting this week I am also going to be hooking up with TEASER TUESDAY because it fits right in with TMT, perfectly! I saw this feature on Greg's blog BOOK HAVEN.

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
☆ Grab your current read ☆ Open to a random page ☆ Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
If you do a Teaser Tuesday post on your blog be sure to come back and leave the link in the comments below. You can also leave your teaser in the comments if you don't have a blog, or you don't want to blog a post.

I am reading A DARKER SHADE OF MAGIC, exclusively. This is a rarity for me. I am not even listening to the Oz audiobooks. All I want in my head is ADSOM! It is definitely my favorite book so far this year.

Here is my teaser...

"Would you miss me?" she asked.

"Like an itch," he shot back.

My next read will be this non-ARC review book from Netgalley.

It is about twin succubi. This is definitely a first for me!

What are you reading? Tell me!

  1. I'm SO happy (and relieved) you love ADSOM! It is in my top 3, possibly even my favorite, read this year. Can't wait to see what you think about the ending!

    1. There is a "thing" with the ending!!!!!!!! Gah, I didn't know this! How can a book be so chock full of different amazing things? I never thought anything was going to top The Raven Boys for me this year, unless it was another Raven Cycle book, but this surely did. Although, according to everyone The Dream Thieves and BL,LB are better than TRB, so we shall see who wins out in the end for my top book this year. I still haven't read Ruin and Rising yet, either. :)

  2. I am SO EXCITED for ADSOM!!! I probably won't be getting to it for a while because, ARCs. They just keep falling out of the sky for me, and that's the problem with me buying books, heheh. I always feel like ARCs should take priority and the books I bought to read keep getting left on the back burner. SO SAD. But sooooon. *hugs ADSOM* I love that quote too!! And I'm looking up Into a Million Pieces asap, because I've never heard of it and IT LOOKS GOOD.

    1. I did an ARC spring cleaning, and there also didn't happen to be that many new ARCs I wanted (although there were three or four people have been raving about that I was upset I didn't request), so it worked out perfectly. Thank goodness because I have gotten some wonderful books from trades. I cannot wait until you read it, Cait!

Thank-you for dropping by! I love to chat, so comments get a lot of love.
